Happy hour starts at 3pm at Loka on Cloud 9 Beach and at Fin & Fin, a couple of minutes up Tourism Road. For sunset, Kanaloa near Dapa has a tiki bar and long tables facing the water. Bed and Brew pours beer it brews itself, Strum has live music most nights until 1am, and BARREL shows the big matches on screens by the beach. After 8pm in peak season, the bar at Mad Monkey is one of the liveliest in town.
