Lamari Siargao

Lamari is a boutique hotel with a beach-club-style bar and restaurant on Tourism Road in Catangnan, near Cloud 9. You'll know it by the bamboo facade and the open-air dining area set around a pool. It's one of General Luna's more social spots in the evening, with a resident DJ and a crowd that comes for a proper night out rather than a quiet dinner for two.

The kitchen runs international dishes alongside local comfort food, and the cooking sits a step above the usual beach-bar fare. Regulars point to the pan-seared mahi-mahi, Angus beef burgers, and truffle pasta, with moussaka and beef salpicao also worth ordering. The cocktail list is long and stocks spirits you won't easily find elsewhere on the island.

Come for a lunch by the pool, or settle in for the evening once the music starts. If you want it livelier, come later when the DJ is on; for a calmer meal, arrive earlier.
