S.A.L.T. is the open-air roof deck restaurant on top of Reside Siargao, a boutique hotel on Tourism Road in Catangnan, a short ride north of General Luna town toward Cloud 9. The name stands for Seasonal, Artisanal, Local, Taste, and it is run by AHG Group, the team behind Anya Resort in Tagaytay. Around 50 seats look out over the palms to the sea.
The signature is the DIY grill: skewers of meat or seafood come with a small hibachi so you cook them at the table, then finish them with the house flavoured salts and butters. Recent diners keep naming the chicken adobo sa gata served in a coconut, the tuna in coconut, shrimp dynamite, pork sisig, kinilaw and the roof deck smash burger with potato wedges. Portions run on the small side, so plan on a few plates to share. The bar is a serious one, with cocktails and nightly specials.
The hotel lists the roof deck as open daily from 11am to 10pm, and Google puts most bills at ₱500 to ₱1,000 a head (2026). Some nights host Afro-Latin dance socials, so the music can run loud. Book for golden hour, when the light over the treetops is at its best.
