Last Chance is a cocktail bar on Tourism Road in General Luna, in the stretch near Seasky Resort. It is run by Jessey Qi, who spent years behind the bar at Anvil in Houston before moving to the island, and it made Tatler's Best 20 Bars in the Philippines list for 2025. Inside it is dim and art deco tinged, with a long bar and one of the best-stocked back bars on Siargao.
The drinks are American classics done carefully, with calamansi, pandan and tropical fruit worked in. Regulars point to the whiskey sour, the coconut old fashioned, the Sazerac, a mezcal negroni and house drinks like the Nutty Palihog, which drinks like dessert, and the Situationship. The kitchen is serious too: smoked olives, Singaporean chili shrimp, Cajun steak frites and cheese bread all get repeat mentions, and there are monthly taco and steak nights.
Google lists it as open nightly from 6pm to 1am. Cocktails sit at the top of island prices, with most tabs landing around ₱500 to ₱1,000 a head, and cards are accepted. Flip-flops are fine. Tell the bartender what you usually drink and let them steer you off the menu.
