Yolked Siargao

Yolked is a Filipino-Western brunch spot on Cabitoonan Road in General Luna, serving from breakfast right through dinner. The space is airy and unhurried, all concrete, timber and big windows, and the crowd leans toward people who live on the island rather than those passing through. Staff hand out watercolour paints while you wait, which tells you the pace they are going for.

The beef tapsilog is the order most regulars point to, ideally with a mango smoothie and a coffee. Eggs benedict, pork benedict, avocado toast and French toast cover the Western side, while salpicao and dinakdakan are worth ordering if you want to go fully Filipino. Oat milk is available for coffees.

Open daily from 7am to 9pm, with most plates landing under ₱500. The wifi is quick enough for a work morning. Service can slow when every table is full, so it is not the stop for a rushed bite before a surf. Arrive before 9am on a weekday for the quickest plates.
