The hub by Lokal in Burgos is part of the Lokal Lab network, a snack bar in Poblacion 1, Burgos, focused on Filipino rice meals, snacks, and refreshments built around local sourcing and the food culture of the island's northern communities.

Burgos runs at a different pace from General Luna: quieter, less touristed, and home to a community that lives without much of the hospitality infrastructure the surf town has built.
