Surfing Temple Siargao

Surfing Temple is a small boutique hotel about 700 metres from the Cloud 9 surf break, with a restaurant and bar built around an outdoor pool in Catangnan. The kitchen leans Mediterranean and Spanish, with tapas, mains, and cocktails you can enjoy by the water, plus a few local dishes. Walk-ins are welcome, not just hotel guests, and the pool is a relaxed place to spend a slow afternoon between surfs. It stays calm and social rather than a formal dining room, and it works from breakfast through to evening drinks. On Sundays there is a pool party from the afternoon.

The pool is the draw, so come for a long lunch or sunset drinks. Skip Sunday afternoons if you want it quiet, since that is when the weekly pool party starts.
