Sunset Coffee Roasters

Sunset Coffee Roasters is a specialty roastery inside Harana Surf Resort, near the Sunset bridge in Catangnan. They roast their own Filipino beans on-site, and it shows in the cup. This is one of the island's more serious coffee stops, built around espresso and house specials like the Dirty Earl rather than a big food menu. It's a calm place to sit with a brew, and you can buy a bag of freshly roasted beans to take home. Good for a proper morning coffee or a slower afternoon one, and a reliable pick if you care where your beans come from.

Because they roast in-house, ask what's freshest and grab a bag to bring home. It makes a better souvenir than most.
