Siargao Hawker brings Singaporean hawker-style cooking to Barangay Catangnan, near the Cloud 9 surf break. The beef rendang is the standout, slow-braised and dark with spice, the kind of dish that takes more time than most island kitchens give it. The laksa comes as a rich coconut-and-spice broth with rice noodles, and the dumplings, mushroom-chicken or beef, come steamed or pan-fried with a proper dipping sauce. The coffee pork rice is the surprise on the menu and worth a try.
Gluten-free diners are looked after, with dishes prepared separately on request. There's a food-focused drinks list with wine, beer, and cocktails to go alongside.
It's mainly a dinner spot with lunch service on weekends, so check their Instagram for current hours before making the trip from central General Luna.
