Saint Thomas Coffee

Saint Thomas Coffee is a specialty coffee shop on the old Tourism Road in Catangnan, General Luna, set back from the main strip in a pocket of jungle. The building is polished concrete and warm timber, with big windows onto the greenery and a rooftop lined with sofas for when the afternoon heat eases. It is a coffee-first place, and the baristas treat every cup that way.

The flat white and cortado are consistently good, and the lavender latte and white mocha are the drinks people come back for. The matcha has a following of its own. Food is kept to pastries baked in-house, like banana bread and cookies, so treat it as a coffee and pastry stop rather than a full breakfast.
