The Ohm Cafe & Bistro sits inside The Ohm Siargao resort in Barangay Sta. Ines, General Luna, run by a couple, Tarun and Rachel. It's a calm, green spot built around a pool, and if you order something you're welcome to use the pool for the rest of the day. Breakfast and brunch are the main draw, with an Indian touch running through the menu alongside the usual cafe fare.
Expect proper masala chai, which regulars call the best on the island, plus scrambled eggs, hummus, salads, homemade sourdough, and plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, along with coffee and fresh juices. The Wi-Fi is fast and there's desk space and books around, so it doubles as an easy place to sit and work. There are usually a few friendly cats about.
It's a good pick for a slow, healthy breakfast or a pool day with your laptop rather than a quick takeaway. Prices land around the mid range for the island.
