Nattribu sits upstairs on Purok 5, Tourism Road in General Luna, above a small shop that sells its own merch, and from the open dining room you look straight down onto the main strip. Google files it as Asian fusion, but the menu is really Filipino cooking with curries and noodle soups folded in, plus a long run of vegan and vegetarian dishes next to the meat and seafood.
The mango chicken curry is the dish people talk about most, and there is a vegan version too. The tofu and mushroom sisig comes sizzling in a cast iron pan, and fish sisig, seafood laksa, lechon kawali, buttered shrimp and a big bowl of pork sinigang meant for sharing all get regular mentions. Add the homemade chips and a mango shake. You leave your sandals at the door, and the room runs on fans rather than aircon.
It opens daily from 11:30am to 11pm, and most people spend under ₱500 each. Portions are generous, but the kitchen is slow: waits of 30 minutes to an hour come up often, and tables fill fast at dinner. Arrive before 7pm, order everything at once, and tell staff clearly about allergies, since menu descriptions don't always say how a dish is cooked.
