NAGA in General Luna has built one of the more consistent reputations on the island: a broad menu executed well, a beer tap running properly, and a cocktail list that's been thought about rather than assembled from a formula. Pesto pasta, grilled mahi-mahi, and burgers appear on a hundred island menus, but its versions earn return visits rather than just first ones.
The setting is modern but comfortable, a balance that's harder to strike than it sounds at a surf-town price point. It works for a casual dinner or a more considered meal without feeling wrong for either.
The beer on tap is a genuine differentiator where most spots serve bottles only, since cold, fresh draught with food is a different experience. The grilled mahi-mahi is the dish people come back for, best simply prepared to let the fish quality show, and paired with a draught beer.
