Lyma Siargao Restaurant

Lyma is a casual fine-dining spot on Purok 5, Tourism Road in General Luna, led by chef Marc Silvestre Carbo. The cooking blends French, Spanish, and Asian technique with Filipino ingredients, and it's the kind of place where the chef comes out to greet tables. The room is warm and intimate, which makes it a strong pick for a date night or a special meal rather than a quick bite.

The menu shifts, but a few dishes come up again and again: the crab cannelloni, the tuna tartare, and the wagyu, plus a catch of the day that's worth ordering when it's on. The cocktail list is properly thought through, which isn't a given on the island. Prices sit at the higher end, so treat it as a splurge.
