Koobo has partnered with Hospitable, and your Koobo reservations can now sync straight into a single hosting dashboard alongside your other channels.

If you list on Koobo as well as Airbnb or Booking.com, you already know the problem. Two calendars, two inboxes, and the quiet fear of a double booking on a long weekend. This is the fix.

Here is what the integration does, what it costs, and who it is actually worth it for.

Hospitable is a property management system built for short-term rental hosts. It launched in 2016 and now supports tens of thousands of hosts worldwide, automating over 108 million guest messages and processing 5.2 billion dollars in reservation income in 2025.

In plain terms, it is one hub for the admin side of hosting. It connects Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Agoda and Google Vacation Rentals, keeps your availability in sync, runs your guest messaging, and handles tasks like cleaner scheduling. It is SOC 2 Type II certified, and it takes no commission on your booking channel revenue.

Their own line for it is "simple at one door, simple at one hundred", which is a fair description of who it suits.

Four things, in order of how much they matter day to day.

Calendar sync. Your Koobo availability updates alongside your other platforms, which is the single biggest protection against double bookings during peak season.

Centralised bookings. Koobo reservations sit in the same list as everything else, so you are not checking two dashboards to know what your week looks like.

Guest communication. Messages and check-in details run through one inbox with automation, instead of being retyped per platform.

Less manual admin. Fewer updates behind the scenes, which on a busy island in November is worth more than it sounds.

Hospitable plans start at 29 US dollars a month for a single property, 59 for the Professional plan, and 99 for Mogul if you are managing at scale. There are no contracts and no orientation fees, and every paid plan comes with a 14 day free trial.

Want to try it before you pay? Hospitable’s Essentials plan is free, with no subscription fee and no limit on how many properties you add. It covers the basics properly: channel management across Airbnb and Booking.com, a unified inbox, automated guest messaging, and tasks. As a way to learn the software without spending anything, it is a good place to start.

One thing to know before you sign up. Essentials does not include third-party integrations, and that means the Koobo channel manager integration is not available on the free plan. Your Koobo listings will not sync while you are on Essentials. Use it as a trial to get comfortable with Hospitable, then move to a paid plan when you want your Koobo bookings flowing into the same dashboard as everything else.

Worth it if you list on more than one platform, you have had a double booking or a near miss, or you are spending real time each week copying the same message to different guests.

Probably not yet if you run a single room, take a handful of bookings a month, and manage it comfortably from your phone. A subscription only pays for itself when it is saving you hours or protecting revenue.
