Toto's The Little Molmol is a tiny garden pizzeria on the Circumferential Road in Larena's North Poblacion, a few minutes from the Larena ferry port. French owner Thomas runs it with a handful of tables and the oven in view, and it's a separate place from Molmol Café in Sandugan. Long-time regulars still know it by its old name, Little Molmol.
The pizzas are thin, light and crisp, served on a tile, and made with Italian ingredients and a generous hand with the cheese. Reviewers single out the salami piccante, Parma, chicken curry and margarita, with a few French plates and a cold soup on the side. Leave room for dessert: the crème caramel, chocolate crème brûlée and warm chocolate fondant all get repeat praise. The fresh calamansi and ginger juice is the house drink, and there's wine and pastis for the grown-ups.
Pizzas run about ₱200 to ₱300 depending on toppings. It's open from late morning until around 8 PM and closed on Sundays, and dough can sell out before closing on busy evenings. A pizza takes around 20 minutes, so call ahead and pick one up to eat on the ferry.
