Tipsy Bar sits on the Circumferential Road in Solangon, San Juan, within walking distance of the cluster of restaurants and bars on the west-coast strip. It's a family-run bar and kitchen with sand underfoot, swing seats, hammocks and a shelf of board games, and it works as well for a long dinner as for a round of drinks.
The menu is big and roams widely. Sushi and salmon sashimi, chicken cordon bleu, creamy beef salpicao, grilled pork belly, chicken inasal, nachos and stuffed-crust pizza all get repeat mentions, and most mains come with a side salad. Portions are generous, so order less than you think and share. Cocktails are the main draw, from piña coladas and mai tais to Aperol spritz, and the fruit shakes keep non-drinkers happy. Beer pong, Jenga and card games keep tables busy while the kitchen works.
Google lists it from 5:00 PM to midnight daily, with breakfast from 8 to 11 AM and happy hour from 3 to 6 PM. Expect ₱500 to ₱1,000 a head: in mid 2026 guests paid ₱275 for cocktails, ₱375 for the Tipsy Caesar and ₱395 for garlic butter shrimp. Food can take close to an hour when every table is full, and one guest reported cards weren't accepted, so carry cash. Order food with your first round and grab a game while you wait.
