Mystropical is a small mobile cocktail bar on the seawall at Lala-o Bridge, on the Circumferential Road in San Juan, near Roadside Diners and Tipsy Bar. Look for the blue tables, moon lamps and neon cart. It is run by Stephanie, a Siquijor local who built the bar and writes the list, with Joan out front, and it holds a 5.0 rating from more than 1,000 Google reviews.
This is a roadside setup, not a lounge: plastic chairs, string lights and the open sea in front. Stephanie pours classic mojitos, mango daiquiris, sours and margaritas, plus seven house Potions you will not find elsewhere on the island. The mango mojito and the amaretto sour come up most in reviews. Every cocktail comes with a choice of local or imported spirit, and she will build something to order if you tell her what you like. Mocktails, mango and banana shakes, free popcorn and small plates such as lumpia, fresh sea urchin and a fruit platter fill out the cart.
It is open daily from 4:30pm to 12:30am. Cocktails start at ₱125, house Potions are ₱200, and mocktails and shakes start at ₱155 (2026 menu). Payment is cash or GCash. The seats facing the water are usually gone by 5pm, so ride over early and park your scooter along the seawall.
