Pakit's is an open-air grill and seafood restaurant in Bayview Subdivision, Barangay Dahican, on the highway out of the city centre towards Dahican Beach and a few minutes past the Subangan Museum. It is an open-sided dining space where the breeze does the cooling, set up more for dinner than lunch, with a dartboard to pass the time while the charcoal grill works.
The menu is built around grilled and fried seafood. Sugba tuna panga (grilled tuna jaw), sizzling tuna belly, salmon belly barbecue, fried pompano and shrimp sinigang are the plates diners name, with baked scallops, chicken barbecue and crispy chicken skin for the rest of the table. Portions are big and suit groups who order a few mains to share with rice.
Recent reviews are mixed: several diners in 2025 and 2026 waited an hour or more, and some fish can be unavailable, so ask what is fresh before you order. One diner paid about ₱700 for a salmon sinigang meal in 2026. Drinking water is not free, so budget for bottled water, and bring insect repellent for evening meals. Call ahead on +63 905 819 3622 to reserve or pre-order, especially with a group.
