Embodied Breathwork Journey is an invitation to leave the thinking mind and come home to the body. Through breathwork, bodywork and somatic awareness we explore sensation, release what the body may be holding, and reconnect with ourselves on a deeper level. Somatic awareness is the practice of noticing and connecting with what you're experiencing in the body. You will be guided through the journey by a certified instructor.
