Little Cat Coffee is a small coffee bar inside Little Canggu, in the Pentecostal Compound off MacArthur Highway at the north end of Urbiztondo, San Juan. It shares Little Canggu's beachfront seating, so you drink your coffee looking straight out at the break, and surfers use it for a wave check.
Nitro foam is the house trick: a dense, creamy cap poured over iced drinks. The iced latte with nitro foam is the sweeter, crowd-pleasing order, while the iced americano with nitro foam keeps more of the coffee's bite. The flat white and nitro cold brew have their own following. The coffee list is short, and that's deliberate. For food you order from Little Canggu's Indonesian kitchen, and small bites like the kacang balls go well with a flat white. The space is open and airy, with tables facing the water.
Little Cat is open 8AM to 6PM and closed on Tuesdays. Most people spend under ₱500 each. Ordering is self-service at the counter, and parking in the compound has been charged at ₱100. Come after lunch on a weekday, order the iced americano with nitro foam and take a seat facing the sea while the afternoon surf rolls in.
