Log in to your Koobo account and switch to the hosting view. If you have not yet added hosting to your account, you will be prompted to set it up.
One account, two roles
You do not need a separate account to host. The same login handles both booking as a guest and hosting, and you switch between them.
Hosting requires additional verification that guest accounts do not: identity documents, a business permit, and bank details before any payout can be released.
What lives there
- Listings: create, edit, add photographs, set pricing and rules
- Calendar: availability, blocked dates, confirmed bookings
- Bookings: upcoming, in progress and past
- Inbox: your message threads with guests
- Payouts: balance, payout status and the breakdown for each booking
- Settings: bank details, documents, contact information
Using it on a phone
Most day-to-day tasks work fine on mobile, which matters when you are managing a listing from the beach rather than a desk. Building a listing from scratch and uploading a batch of photographs is easier on a laptop.
Keep your contact details current
Booking notifications, guest messages and payout notifications all go to the contact details on your account. Bookings confirm instantly, so these notifications are how you find out a guest is coming.
If you cannot log in
Use the password reset link on the login page. If the reset email does not arrive, check spam and confirm you are using the address you registered with.
If you registered through Google or another provider, reset the password with them rather than with us.
If hosting is not showing
If you have applied to host and the dashboard is not available yet, verification may still be in progress. Most host verification is reviewed within a few working days.
Still stuck? Email [email protected] from the address on the account.
