You need an account to book on Koobo or to list as a host. It takes a minute.
Signing up
Use the sign up option on koobo.ph and provide a valid email address and a password, or sign in with a supported third-party method where available.
Give accurate, current and complete information. Do not use someone else's email address or identity, and do not create multiple accounts for the same person.
You must be 18 or over
This applies to creating an account and to making a booking. If you are booking on behalf of someone else or an organisation, you need the authority to do so.
Guest, host, or both
One account can do both. You can browse and book as a guest, and if you later want to list a property, activity or rental, you can add hosting to the same account. Hosting requires extra verification, including a business permit before you can be paid.
The new-account discount
Accounts registered on or before 31 August 2026 that have never booked with us get a one-time 5% discount off a first booking, linked automatically and applied at checkout. No code needed, and it does not expire until you use it.
Keep your password to yourself
You are responsible for your account and for anything done through it. Do not share your password. If you think someone else has access, email [email protected] immediately.
Communications
Providing your contact details means you will receive booking-related messages from us: confirmations, reminders, updates and review invitations. These are part of how the platform works rather than marketing.
If sign-up is not working
- Check the email address for typos.
- Look in spam for any verification message.
- If the address is already registered, use password reset rather than creating a second account.
