If you are logged in
Open your account settings and change your password there. You will normally need your current password to set a new one.
If you cannot log in
Use the forgotten password link on the login page. Enter the email address on your account and we will send a reset link.
If it does not arrive:
- Check spam and promotions.
- Confirm you are using the address you registered with, not a similar one.
- Wait a few minutes before requesting another, and use the most recent link. Older links stop working.
Choosing a good one
Use a password you do not use anywhere else. Reused passwords are how most accounts get compromised, and a Koobo account can hold booking history and saved payment methods.
A password manager is the easiest way to do this properly.
Keep it to yourself
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Do not share it. Koobo will never ask you for your password, by email or any other way. Anyone who does is not us.
If you think someone else has access
- Change your password immediately if you still can.
- Email [email protected] straight away so we can secure the account.
- If a payment method was saved, contact your bank as well.
Koobo is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account, so tell us as soon as you suspect something rather than waiting to be sure.
Signed in with Google or another provider
If you registered using a third-party sign-in rather than a password, change the password with that provider instead. There is no separate Koobo password to reset.
Still stuck
Email [email protected] from the address on the account if you can. If you have lost access to that inbox too, tell us and we will work out how to verify you another way.
