Loka Siargao Bar & Restaurant

Loka is a beachfront bar, restaurant, and shop right on Cloud 9 Beach in General Luna. It's an easygoing social hub where you can eat, drink, shop, and catch live music in one open-air spot. The menu runs to thin-crust pizzas, burgers, poke bowls, salads, and rice meals, with coffee from local roaster White Beard and cocktails developed with Manila's Spirits Library. It has been open since 2015 and is one of the original beachfront spots at Cloud 9, and the ocean-front setting works as well for a relaxed breakfast as for sunset drinks. There's a daily happy hour, and the beachfront tables look straight out at the break. Card and GCash are accepted, and you can reserve a table by WhatsApp.

Happy hour runs 3 to 7pm. Note that the beachfront tables carry a 500 peso per head minimum spend, worth knowing before you settle in for the view.
